ALEXANDER ONLY · SEPTEMBER 11 START
Start Shopping Checklist
Food and preparation supplies for the beginning of your saved program—not the household grocery list.
Before you buy
Check your pantry first and buy only what is missing. The food list below comes from your existing Week 1 shopping plan for September 11–17. Its quantities are earlier planning estimates, not verified portions or a requirement to buy everything at once. Confirm amounts with Synthia and plan fresh-produce replenishment.
Restrictive fasting or detox plans can carry health risks. Review the plan with a qualified healthcare professional before starting. This shopping list does not establish that the plan is safe or nutritionally complete. No supplements, laxatives or fasting products have been added. Detox safety information.

Loading saved checklist…
Tick Purchased only after buying an item. These are the same saved checkboxes used in Costs—not a second shopping list. Prices are omitted here because they have not been refreshed.
Kitchen supplies — check what you already own
A working blender if preparing the saved smoothie recipe.
A knife, cutting board, measuring cup and a way to wash produce.
Food-safe containers, labels and refrigerator space for prepared ingredients.
These are preparation reminders, not new mandatory purchases. Do not buy replacements for usable items you already own. No medical devices or specialty juicers are required by this checklist.

Why a shared household grocery list?
The next phase will help Alexander, Faith, Nikki and Trey avoid duplicate purchases, maintain consistent product preferences, and replenish essentials on time. It will keep shared items, personal requests, stock needs and shopping status together—separate from Alexander’s detox.
Intended access: all four household members can read and update the household grocery list. Chef food purchases will remain distinct from non-food household supplies. These shared editing, claiming and restocking features are planned; the current Costs purchase checklist is not yet that full system.
A dedicated personal-chef workspace
Synthia will initially prepare food for Alexander only, including his detox menu after review. Personal Chef contains draft food-preparation ideas and a separate comparison for possible service to the whole house. That comparison does not enroll the household or approve spending.
The workspace is restricted to the owner and an explicitly assigned active chef account. No medical logs or non-food purchase history are copied into it. Chef compensation and groceries remain separate. A weekly grocery budget is still to be agreed; projected weekly checkout spending at or above 115% of that amount requires owner approval, including taxes, delivery fees and tips. This release documents the rule but does not place orders or enforce payment approvals.
Important notice
This app organizes owner-selected information for planning and factual tracking. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, fasting instructions, or changes to medications, supplements, diet, or exercise.
